Directions to studio:
From Port Hadlock travel south on Oak Bay Road. Turn left onto Lower Hadlock Road, and then turn left onto North Water Street, to 122 N. Water Street. 1st driveway on the right after the dead end sign. Andrea's work will be on view in the Geom Studio on the ground floor.
Artist statement:
Andrea works in painting, drawing, collage and printmaking mediums. Her painting series The Rite of Spring will be on view at this year’s studio tour.
“The impulse of the gesture is a catalyst for my kinetic painting process. The gestures are inspired by dance and the human body and are chosen for their emotive impact and sense of mystery. My paintings celebrate the human connection to nature and rebirth of spring.”
